Consultations are included in your appointment and there is no obligation to proceed on the day.

A patch test is required at least 48 hours before micro needling treatments. It is not routinely required for botulinum toxin or hyaluronic acid filler, but your practitioner will advise if one is recommended based on your history. Please disclose any known allergies at consultation.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure fairness to both our clients and the business, the following policy applies: (1) cancellations made within 3 days of the scheduled appointment are charged 50% of the full appointment price; (2) cancellations made 1 day before, or on the day of, the appointment are charged the full appointment price; (3) please notify us as soon as possible by phone or Instagram if you need to cancel or reschedule, to avoid any charges; (4) exceptions may be considered at our discretion in cases of genuine emergency or unavoidable circumstances; (5) failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the applicable fee being charged.

Most clients describe treatments as mildly uncomfortable rather than painful. Topical numbing cream is available and routinely used for lip filler and micro needling. Botulinum toxin injections use very fine needles and are generally well-tolerated without anaesthetic.

This varies by treatment: lip and dermal filler typically lasts 6–12 months; botulinum toxin treatments last 3–4 months; skin boosters last 3–6 months per session; micro needling results are cumulative and long-lasting with a course. Exact longevity depends on your metabolism, lifestyle, and product used.

You'll receive written aftercare instructions with every treatment. General guidance includes avoiding strenuous exercise, alcohol, and direct heat (saunas, sun) for 24–48 hours post-treatment, not touching the treated area unnecessarily, and applying SPF daily. Specific instructions vary by treatment.
