About Micro Needling

Micro needling (also called collagen induction therapy) uses a device with ultra-fine needles to create thousands of controlled micro-channels in the skin. This triggers the skin's wound-healing response — producing new collagen and elastin without significant downtime. The treatment can be customised with add-ons like derma planing (mechanical exfoliation) or botulinum toxin to address specific concerns.

Who is it for?

Anyone wanting to improve skin texture, reduce the appearance of acne scarring, minimise pores, smooth fine lines, or improve overall skin tone. Suitable for most skin types; a patch test is required at least 48 hours before treatment.

What to Expect

Topical numbing cream is applied 30–45 minutes before the treatment. The micro needling device is passed over the skin methodically; most clients describe the sensation as mild scratching. The skin will look red immediately after — like a mild sunburn.

Downtime

Redness for 24–48 hours; mild flaking possible for 3–5 days. Avoid direct sun and apply SPF diligently.

Results

Skin texture improves progressively over 4–6 weeks as new collagen forms. A course of 3–6 sessions is recommended for optimal results.
